From Edmonton, Alberta.. to you.. we present an all new magazine...

The magazine came out alittle late this month, so we apologize
about the wait. And if all you didn't already know, the magazine
will be coming out around the 20th of every month. This was
changed from the 1st of every month.
Well a new year is here, and finals have passed, what better way
to relax then to read this magazine. Well if you havn't noticed
the magazine's format has been under going alot of changes, you
must be either blind or just don't care. When we decided to
change the name of the magazine we weren't too sure about what
to change it to. But finnally we came to a decision, and we chose
the Canadian Havoc Militia over all. But if any of you out there
have any suggestions about how we can make the magazine better,
send it in to us.
If your looking for Microsoft write versions of the magazine,
you probably won't find any. They are extremly large, and there
have been complaints about the magazine being to big, all
because of the write version in the previous magazine. Not only
that, but its a pain to go and convert the texts over, make
the vga modifications, and release it ontime with the magazine.
So I might now and then release an ms write version but that
will be in my spare time, and when ever I get really bored.
As for the webpage, I am now configuring it. Since I don't have
a web page maker it takes time to make the page, let alone make
it look good. But I have set up a web page, and if you want to
check it out you can at http://206.66.42.3/electrik/index.htm
it's not all that great, and the magazine zip's arn't in there yet,
but I'll get them in there soon.
Well here is the magazine, its as good as it can be since we didn't
spend much time on the magazine this month.

Here is a easy way to make a very useful bomb.This is called a draino bomb.
This text will tell you how to make it and some places you can stick the
bomb.
Materials:
Pop bottle
Tinfoil
DRAINO
Water
Setp1
Take the pop bottle and the tinfoil.
Step2
Make tinfoil ball and place them in the bottle.
Step3
Fill the bottle 3/4 full.
Step4
Now take it anywhere but make sure you have the DRAINO with you but do not
put the DRAINO in the bottle. Unless you want to get a blast if you know
what I mean.
Step5
When you get to where you want to put the DRAINO bomb pour a little bit of
water then DRAINO in it. Then shake it and place it where you want it. But
dont take more than 10 seconds to do that.
Step6
RUN LIKE HELL!!!!
Note:If it does not go off then just leave it because it is still mixing
just wait dont go near it.

Mail box
Garbage can
Any holes (depens on the size of the pop bottle)
Any where you want to stick it.

for informational purposes, and it is a federal offence to

The Paper
ك-----------ك
The paper is one of the most important parts in counterfiting.
If you have the wrong type of paper your busted, so from here
we can split into many directions, because it depends on what
way you are going to be making this bills. You can either make the
paper or use paper you already have.

The counterfitting part
ك-------------------------ك
You can do this either one of two ways. Scan in the bill onto your
computer, and use a high quality color printer. Or you can use templates.
There is a 1 in a billion chance you will ever come across any templates,
so you might as well do it on your computer.
Feed your computer either the paper you made, or some paper that you
found similar to other bills. Print side A of the bill. Now feed the
same sheet of paper in upside down, and backwards, this is so you print
the other side of the bill exactly on the opposite side of side A.
On your computer use the cut option, and cut out side b of the bill
(that you have scanned in). Place side b over top of side a(on computer)
Now select the flip option. And flip the picture to the other side of the
screen, and flip it again so its at the bottom right hand corner(instead
of at the top). Now print again. You should have the bill already made
right there. All that is needed now is for you to cut the bill out
properly. To cut the bill I suggest using one of those paper cutter
tables the teachers use at school. If you want to set up a counterfiting
ring I don't suggest you use this method, but if its just for yourself
don't bother.. just make it look othentic.
When counterfitting make $5, $10, and $20 bills only. In most stores
they test the $50 and $100 bills, but its not like you can't pull it
off, its because the bigger bills now have a green shinny metalic type
of tab on the bill. You can try and duplicate the tab, but sometimes
the clerks test to see if it comes off, if it dose they bust your ass.
All the new 20's, 50's, 100's, and 1000's(as if you would ever use a
1000 dollar bill!) have these types of tabs on them. But if you have
an older 20 or 50 you can go ahead and create the bills. If you plan
on useing this type of currency, don't go buy yourself a new computer
with this kind of cash, and don't carry it around for too long, the more
it sits in the wallet, the less original it looks. Crumple the bill up
a bit so it dosn't look too new. Next month I'll talk about fake
Id's, and what ever I deside to through in.

It may be a big offence for counterfitting, but its not really hard
to acctually do it. This file was pointless and useless, so I don't
really know why I wrote it, I guess to fill up space.

Hacker, this is a title that is given to millions of people
every day. Theses people given this title are not always what they
seem. Many are posers and some are the real thing.
I am not an expert on this topic but I can tell the
difference between a poser and the real thing.
For instance I got this poser at my school named Cameron Levebre
(also known as X-Avier) he is the biggest poser you have ever seen.
He goes around telling everybody he is this big shot hacker. He tried
to tell me one day that no one has ever beige boxed before, he says that
it's only been written about and that everyone that has ever claimed
to do it is a loser because it has never been done! This guy has no friends
he has pubic hairs growing out of his chin, almost everyone at our school
wants to kick his ass.
About 3 months ago our computers at school where getting screwed
up, the computers wheren't logging on, files lost, stupid crappy stuff
like that. This guy put his crappy little virus's in the system that were
cleaned out in about 2 hours of work. He tries to frame a friend named
Craw and thinks he can get away with it. Well everyone knew that it was
Cameron, about 15 people went ahead and standed up for my buddy and told
the teachers that it was Cameron. In about 2 weeks Cameron was booted
off the system, he has no computer privaliges for the rest of the year
and he now has to pay a fine to have all the computers fixed.
This guy is truly a poser and a dork, any true hacker would not
be so stupid to get caught so easily, a true hacker would have used good
up to date virus's and not crappy ones an old lady and her dog could get
off a calculator.

Like I said above, this section might get chucked out the window

Lets start with Queen E., Some asshole has been shuving coffie
straws down the payphones coin slot, and fucking it up. Well
now an order has been sent in to Telus to get the ONLY PAYPHONES
IN THE SCHOOL removed. The fuckin fool that done this is a
fucked up asshole that deserves to die! When a payphone gets
vandilized the company takes it out for good, leaving 1 less
payphone for us phreaks to use. Payphones alow us to make free
calls, and untraced calls. The idiot that done this wasn't thinking
at all. As well the school is welcomeing a new addition to there
software library, HYPERTEXT STUDIOs. And if your looking for
Typeing Tutor 6 look for it in the w:\apps\tt\ directory. So all
you warez peoplez can stop by next time and don't forget to bring
a few disks and visit the computer lab.
I recived an email from a member that goes to H.E. Beruialt Jr. High,

They got some new POWER PC - macs and a connection to the internet
sometime this week and from some info i've gathered it is very easy

At Eastglen not much going on, but the connection there says the
school is trying to get internet hooked up. This is for the macs
they have. So look for the internet at Eastglen soon.
There was a bomb threat at a local edmonton High school on friday
the 13th of december 1996. The students got the afternoon off, and
no one was caught. The school this happened at maybe strathcona high,
or John ducy Page. The email I recived was accidentally deleted and I
have no way of knowing exactly what school it was.

I recived alot of gangs and the location of their turfs, so we have an
even bigger list this month. If your wondering why we no longer have
the symbol(logo) colum, thats because most of them don't have "logos",
so we just chucked out that useless colum!
You will also notice that there are many gangs in the coliseum area, well
there is suppose to be a huge rumbble in the new year over that area, so
most of the little gangs will probably be wiped out.

we picked up!

of the material in the cookbook, and it worked. Just don't put to much

Teleconferencing with Militia members

The teleconference won't be happening for a while. Its too
cold to stand outside, with your hand frozen to the payphone,
and wait for Telus security to nab you! So the conference
will be in either spring, or if we deside to, we just might
do in in mid febuary. Its hard to do this since the company
traces 2600hz tones!
Loops, PBX's, Diverters and Dialups!

We are currently trying to map the phone systems of the world,
or at least ours. So if you have stumbled apon any loops, pbx's,
diverters, or any dialups in the 403, or anywhere else, send them
into us. The list won't be posted in the magazine, but will be
compiled into a newsletter and given to the people that supplied us
with any information conserning this subject, and of course the
phreakers of the CHM. The list will not be given to anyone, so
don't beg us for the list, we don't need any of the numbers to be
abused. So to get in on this you need to send in at least one loop,
pbx, diverter, or dialup.

I got alot of complaints about the BIX file I wrote. It seems people
are getting a message instead of an account. Well, here reason for this
problem.
Everytime you enter in a card number, name, or phone number, it gets
logged. So if you enter in the same information as someone else has
entered before, the computer thinks "BIG MISTAKE, YOUR ALLREADY ON HERE,
SO CONTACT US TO CLEAR THE PROBLEM!!" So try other types of cards,
and try typeing in phone numbers that don't exist, different postal
codes, addresess, and names as well. So don't worry, you can still use
BIX, just ease off. So don't go and enter a card in every time you get
rejected. If your card gets rejected a bunch of times, don't bother.
The BIX people are there and they'll keep killing you. You need to go
on when they are either on a coffee break, or at home taking the rest of
the day off. Happy Carding.
